Senior Advisors
Senior Advisors – Industry, Policy & Government Affairs
We are selectively expanding our Senior Advisor Network and invite expressions of interest from seasoned industry leaders and former public officials. Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in areas such as M&A and investments; manufacturing, aerospace, and defense; industrial supply chains and operations; technology, energy, and infrastructure; public policy, trade, and economic development; or prior service in U.S. federal or state government, or India central or state government.
Senior Advisors provide strategic insight, judgment, and access in support of select client engagements. This is not an operational or full-time role. Engagements are discretionary, mandate-based, and relationship-driven, aligned with each advisor’s expertise and availability.
Typical contributions may include strategic counsel on M&A, market entry, and investment decisions; industry and policy insight in regulated or sensitive environments; relationship-led introductions where appropriate; participation in senior-level client discussions; and advisory input on public-private initiatives and economic development efforts.
Engagements are structured on an advisory or retainer basis, either project-specific or as an ongoing relationship. Advisors are expected to bring senior-level judgment, professionalism, and discretion. A background of 15+ years in senior leadership, policy, or executive roles is preferred, including experience as a CXO, Partner, Managing Director, or senior government official. Experience operating across the U.S. and/or India is a strong plus.

Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace & defense, energy, telecom, technology, or industrial sectors preferred

Analyst
The Analyst supports senior-led engagements spanning M&A, and market entry strategy. This role combines analytical rigor with exposure to client engagement and cross-border execution.
Key Responsibilities
Financial, market, and competitive analysis
Target and partner research (M&A, JV, and market entry)
Industry and policy research for U.S. and India markets
Preparation of client-facing strategy and deal materials
Support commercial, operational, and market-entry diligence
Coordinate with U.S. and India-based teams
Qualifications
2–5 years in investment analysis, consulting, corporate strategy, market research or M&A
Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
