LAX9016: VP / DIRECTOR Los Angeles, CA; India

Role: To provide dynamic executive oversight for clients' offshore operations in India. While focus areas are in Southern California and India, international travel will be required. Competitive compensation.

Requirements:

• Successful track record of overseeing and operating large offshore operations in India.
• Financial services industry experience covering most of the following: banking, credit/debit cards, mortgage, insurance.
• Knowledge of some of the following strongly desirable: marketing strategy, data analytics, data-mining, KPO, BPO.
• At least 7 years' experience in international sourcing and vendor relations/negotiation.
• Solid grounding in audit methodologies and quality assessments.
• Prefer candidates with existing vendor & business networks in India.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• BS degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.

LAX9014: CONSULTANTS & EXPERTS Los Angeles, CA

Role: To provide expertise and guidance to our projects & teams on a billable basis. Focus areas may include marketing strategy, outsourcing, databases, and business intelligence. Business-to-business agreements are acceptable.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: marketing strategy, outsourcing, databases, analytics, statistical models, business intelligence.
• Industry reputation preferable.
• Strong track record in the field of expertise.
• BS degree required. Masters or MBA preferred.
